*Cracked Black Pepper, .25 tbsp
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
Kirkland California Granulated Garlic, 1 tsp
Directions
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut off the brown ends of the Brussels sprouts. Place them in a bowl.
Drizzle with the olive oil and then add the salt and pepper. Roll them in the mixture to coat the brussels sprouts well. Pour them out onto a sheet pan and roast for 35 to 40 minutes. They are done when they are dark brown on the outside and tender on the inside. Occasionally shake the pan to brown the sprouts evenly.
You can add more salt if you like, when you shake the pan. Serve immediately when they are hot out of the oven. But they are really good left over too!
