Introduction

Raw broccoli usually has a smelly taste to me--if that makes sense! I found a way to have my broccoli raw, and delicious! Raw broccoli usually has a smelly taste to me--if that makes sense! I found a way to have my broccoli raw, and delicious!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2-3 cups broccoli florets, broken down into smallest florets
    2 oranges, peeled, de skinned and de seeded
    2 tblsp fresh raw ginger

Tips

Eat as a raw side dish to an Asian-inspired raw vegan meal. Or add a few tblsp to wraps or salads. Yummy!


Directions

Wash and chop broccoli. Peel and dissect the oranges, add to broccoli. Peel small wedge of fresh ginger. Mince and add to broccoli. Stir and let set a couple of hours to really defunk the broccoli.

Serving Size: 1/2 cup on the side, a few tblsp atop a salad or stuffed in a burrito/sandwich!
