Ingredients

Dry ingredients:
1 Cup White Flour
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup multigrain cereal (ground in food processor)
4 tsp baking powder
Wet Ingredients:
1 Cup Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
2 Tbl Flaxseed oil
2 large eggs
1 cup vanilla soymilk
juice & zest from 1/2 lemon
1 medium banana, mashed
1 cup blueberries (preferably wild frozen blueberries)
Tips
I ate mine with apple sauce instead of syrup. Yumm!
Directions
Rinse and thaw and drain blueberries
Combine dry ingredients
Combine wet ingredients except blueberries
Whisk together and then fold in blueberries
Pour 1/3 cup of batter on hot griddle/skillet
Cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side
Serve warm
