    4 Chicken Livers
    1 tbsp flour
    1/4 cup peppers
    1/4 cup onions
    Mrs. Dash to taste preference

Tips

I usually add a green vegetable and a tomato salad


Directions

flour the livers very lightly. I add a very small amount of water to the bad of livers and flour, thus making a light gravy. Then place in a hot skillet which has been sprayed with PAM.
