Ingredients

    Tofu, extra firm, 0.5 block
    Shrimp, cooked, 3 oz
    Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 0.75 cup, grated
    1/2 sweet red bell pepper
    one medium onion, diced
    1tsp diced garlic
    1 tsp diced ginger
    *Hoisin Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Asian sweet chili dipping sauce (1.5 oz)
    1 tsp sesame oil

Tips

I eat this plain, but my kids like it with rice noddles or rice.


Directions

Saute shrimp and tofu in 1 tsp of sesame oil until tofu is golden. Pour in Hoisin (or oyster) sauce, sweet chili diping sauce, Add onion and saute another 8 minutes. Add garlic and ginger, and saute 20 seconds. The add the rest of the vegetabels and saute for as little as one minute if you like crunchy cabbage, up to 7 or 8 minutes if you prefer the veggies soft/wilted.
