Ingredients

    beef chuck 1.5
    celery 2 stalks
    onion raw .5 cup
    stewed tomatoes 1 cup
    carrots 5 large
    potatoes 2 medium
    1/2 cup frozen peas
    1/2 cup frozen corn

Directions

brown beef cubes, prepare carrots,potatoes and onion. place in crock pot and add one cup water. (bay leaf, pepper and salt optional) cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours. add corn and peas about 1 hour before done.
