Introduction

Made with yogurt instead of mayo and cottage cheese instead of cheddar. Made with yogurt instead of mayo and cottage cheese instead of cheddar.

Ingredients

    1 head cauliflower
    1 tsp. chicken boullion
    salt and pepper
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup non-fat yogurt
    1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1 tsp. yellow mustard

Tips

I prefer Maggi chicken boullion powder. Has its own unique flaover.


Directions

Clean and cut up cauliflower. Place in casserole dish with 1/4 cup water + 1 tsp. chicken boullion (or 1 cube); salt and pepper to taste. Cover and microwave approx. 10 min. Mix cottage cheese, yogurt & mustard. Stir into cauliflower and bake @ 350 10 min.
