Ingredients
-
Tuna canned 12 oz
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Pickle relish 1 Tbsp (optional you can use mustard instead)
Kraft mayo 1 Tbsp
Kraft mayo regular 1 Tbsp
Olive oil 1Tbsp
Salt
Black pepper
Lemon paper or any other Mrs. dash seasoning (optional)
Dried oregano (optional)
Eggs 1-2 ( use your judgment as these need to be spooned in a frying pan)
Veg oil 1Tbsp for frying
Tips
Can be made with salmon canned as well. Serve on a bun or as is. Image these for my very skinny kids so have added some much needed fat from 2 kinds of mayo and some olive oil in recipe. Taking them out will bring calorie coun down. Serving size is based on TBsp size pattie cooked not on bun size pattie.
Directions
Drain tuna, add all other ingredients
Warm olive oil or veg oil - drop spoon size dollops in warm oil. Press with spoon to make a patty (thin) brown both sides.
Serving Size: Make 10 bun size patties or 20 Tbspoon size patties
Number of Servings: 20
