Ingredients

    1 can white meat tuna packed in water
    1 tablespoon regular mayo
    1 teaspoon horseraddish
    1/4 cup celery, diced

    For the sandwiches:
    4 slices whole grain bread
    sliced tomato
    1-20z baby spinach

Tips

I usually eat this for lunch two days in a row, its easy and very satisfying. Pairs well with an apple dipped in crunchy peanut butter :)


Directions

1. Combine drained tuna, mayo, horseraddish, and celery in small bowl. Use a fork to break up the tuna until each chunk has been shredded.

2. Scoop 2 heaping tablespoons onto bread, top with tomato, spinach and other slice of bread, enjoy!

Serving Size: makes 2 sandwhiched
