Introduction

Ingredients

    4 Tbsp Parkay Margarine or Butter
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup molasses
    2 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Giner
    1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
    1 tsp Vanilla extract
    2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
    1/2 cup Wheat Germ
    1/4 cup Flax Seed
    1/4 cup Dried Cranberries

Directions

Over low heat combine butter/margarine, molasses, honey, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, salt, and brown sugar. Once combined add in vanilla. Remove from heat.

In seperate bowl combine oats, wheat germ, flax seed, and cranberries. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well. Place mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until chilled.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees and lightly grease mini muffin pan. Fill each cup 2/3 full and firmly press the mixture against the sides of the cup forming a small bowl/cup. Bake 10-12 minutes and let cool completely before removing from muffin tin. Store in air tight container, remove and fill with yogurt and fresh berries for a great brunch or breakfast.
