Ingredients

Miejers Chicken Broth, 4 cup
Potato, 1000 gram(s)
*Prairie Farms Fat Free Skim Milk, 2 cup
*Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.9 cup
Meijer Turkey Bacon (1slice), 10 serving
Directions
Bring broth and milk to a boil.
Chop up potatoes into 1-2inch cubes
Add to the boiling broth/milk mixture.
Let the potatoes soften for about 30minutes on medium heat.
Meanwhile chop up ten slices of turkey bacon into 1/2 inch pieces. Broil in a pan for 10minutes (until crispy)
Once potatoes are softened, mash up (leaving some chunks)
Add the cheese and mix in as it melts.
Add the bacon.
Simmer for 30mins.
Serve!
You can add green onions, sourcream, more bacon and more cheese on top if you wish!
