1/3 Cup Kellogg's All Bran Buds
! Cup Soy Milk (unsweetened)
1 Cup frozen mixed berries
Tips
Partially thawed strawberries blend better with not lumps.
I use my bullet blender and drink directly from the container. Less dishes!
Directions
Add Bran Buds to Soy milk and let sit for a few minutes.
Combine with partially thawed berries and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
If you want a sweeter smoothy add your favourite sweetener.
