This is the Traditional Chinese dish that is more like a soup or stew when you throw the shrimp and the rice all in one bowl. You may notice there is no Lobster in this dish. Ingredients

    1 Clove of Garlic Minced Finely
    1 Teaspoon of Better Than Bouillon Chicken Stock Base
    1 Teaspoon of Cornstarch blended in 1 T of Water
    1 Fresh Egg Beaten
    3 oz. (about 1/3 cup) Frozen Baby Shrimp with no tails
    1 Small Carrot Shredded
    1/3 Cup of Frozen Peas
    1/4 Cup of Cooked Brown Rice
    1 Fresh Scallion Sliced Finely

Directions

In sauce pan pour boiling water over bouillon and garlic. On medium heat, stir to dissolve and blend flavors. Add cornstarch continuing to stir until thickened. Add egg stir gently and briefly to create threads. Lower heat and add Shrimp, Peas, Carrots and Brown Rice. Pepper to taste and pour into bowl. Garnish with Scallions.
