Ingredients

    Pinto Beans - 1 can drained/rinsed
    Stewed Tomatoes - 2 cans
    Onion - 1/2 cup chopped
    Chili Powder - 1 TBSP
    Mushrooms - 1/2 cup chopped
    Chicken Breast - 1/2 breast cut into pieces

Directions

Saute chicken in stick free pan until done
Mix remaining ingredients and cook on low for 90 minutes. Serves 4
