Ingredients

    One Large Egg
One Cup Peanut Butter (smooth or crunchy)
    One Cup Sugar

Tips

Cooking times may vary. Sometimes I make smaller cookies so I can eat "more" cookies without the guilt. Change cooking time accordingly.

Also, I just mix the dough with my hands! Take my rings off and dig in. I love the squishy feeling and I'm going to be using my hands to roll the balls anyway, so it's a win win and it gets mixed better!

Directions

pre-heat oven to 375.
Combine ingredients in a bowl.
Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet.
Press with Tines on a fork in a criss-cross pattern.
Bake for 10 minutes.
