Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 breast, bone and skin removed
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 4 tbsp
    Yellow Mustard, .10 cup
    paprika
    onion powder
    salt
    pepper

Tips

smaller cubes make for a better "dip" for crackers


Directions

cook chicken breast, boil or skillet
cool chicken
cube chicken into 1/2in pieces
add mayo and mustard and spices
serve on crackers or bread for a sandwich
