Ingredients

    2 cups apples, peeled, cored, and diced
    3 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1/4tsp cinnamon
    1tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tsp water

Directions

put first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add cornstarch and bring back to a boil and allow to thicken.
