Introduction

Healthy dip to go with crackers or veggies. Healthy dip to go with crackers or veggies.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/2 of one avocado
3-6 strawberries, cut in half or quarters
    a splash of balsamic vinegar

Tips

Great with crackers, chips. May go good with veggie sticks also.

Directions

Cut avocado in half, remove pit and skin. Mash using a fork for chunkier bits or cut into chunks and place in food processor. Wash and cut strawberries and add to food processor. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar and blend til smooth or pulse a few times for chunkier dip.

I am sure you could get creative and add tomatoes, herbs, and other items if you want to create more of a salsa dip. I just created this to go with a garden herb cracker and had these few ingredients on hand.

Serving Size: 2 tbsp per serving

If you don't plan on using all of it at once I recommend adding 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice per 1 avocado to delay the avocado turning brown.
