Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds of skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp all purpose flour, divided
1/2 tsp salt
1cup of chicken broth (little extra may be needed)
1 small onion diced
1/4 to 1/2 cup sliced jalapeno pepers
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp cream or milk
6 flour torillas (7-8 inches)
6 thin slice American cheese with jalapeno peppers (or your choice of cheese)
Directions
Coat chicken with flour and brown in hot melted butter in skillet.
place in crock pot. pour chicken broth over top, then halapenos and oregano. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 7-8 hours.
Mix 2table spoons flour and 2 table spoons together and then mix in with cooked chicken mixture. Cook on high until thickens.
Spoon chicken mixture in center of flour tortilla and top with your choose of cheese. Fold and eat.
