Ingredients

Oats, 8 cup
Salt, 1.5 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
Maple Syrup, .75 cup
Olive Oil, .75 cup
Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
Pecans, 1 cup, chopped
Almonds, 1 cup, sliced
Tips
I love to eat this granola with milk, yogurt and berries. Just looked at the nutrititional info and see that this breakfast is very high in calories and fat. No wonder it is so delicious!
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix oats, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Heat maple syrup, olive oil and vanilla.
Pour over oat mixture and mix thoroughly.
Bake in jelly roll pans for 30 minutes, stirring the mixture about half way through.
Add nuts for last 15 minutes.
Enjoy!
Serving Size: Makes a giant bowl of granola, About 2 quarts.
