Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 - 6 oz. Package dried egg noodles
    1 - 10 oz. can cream of celery soup
    1 - 5 oz. can non-fat evaporated milk
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 - 15 oz. can salmon, skinned, boned
    1 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese
    1 - 8 oz. can small green peas, drained
    1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
    1 cup crushed reduced fat cheez-its
    2 tbsp. brummel & brown, melted

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir in soup, milk, lemon uice, onion, salmon, cheese, creole seasoning, peas, 1/4 tsp. each of salt & pepper.

Spoon into greased 7 x 11 in. baking dish. Bake covered for 25 minutes.

Return to oven for 10 minutes or until crumbs are light brown.

    Just what I was looking for except will used poached and shredded wild caught salmon filets for the canned and there is a step missing in the directions - 3/4/13
