Ingredients

4 Large Potatoes (Unpeeled)
1/4 Cup of Plain Flour
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
Drizzle (1 Tsp) Canola Oil
Tips
These wedges make an excellent healthy side instead of chips. Eat on their own, or with your favourite dip.
Add a pinch of chilli power when you add the flour and parsley for a spicier wedge!
Directions
1. Cut each potato into half, then each half into three wedges (lengthwise). (6 Wedges per potato)
2. Place wedges into a large bowl, add the drizzle of oil. Stir briefly to coat the wedges.
3. Add parsley and flour, then toss in the bowl to coat fairly evenly.
4. Place wedges evenly on a baking tray, skin edge down, and bake for 30-40 mins until golden brown and crunchy.
