Ingredients

    2 CUPS ALMOND FLOUR
    2 TEA. BAKING SODA
    1/4 TEA SALT
    1 STICK OF BUTTER
    4 EGGS (I USE 1 CUP EGG BEATERS)
    1/3 CUP WATER
    1/3 CUP SWEATNER ( I USE SPLENDA)

Directions

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND SCOOP INTO 12 CUP MUFFIN TIN
BAKE @ 350 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES
OVENS VARY MINE TOOK 18 MINUTES
