Ingredients

    dry bowl:
    1/2 cup coconut flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/8 tsp salt
    2 tbsp cocoa powder

    wet bowl:
    1/4 c egg beaters
    2 powdered Just Whites (4 tsp)
    2 tbsp sugar free almond syrup, i.e. Torani or davinci
    2 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup i.e. torani or davinci
    2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate syrup i.e. Hershey's (the thick squeeze-bottle kind)
    1/2 tsp almond extract
    1/4 tsp each vanilla and coconut extracts
    2 tbsp applesauce
    1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
    scant 1/3 cup truvia

    frosting:
    1/3 cup powdered z-sweet
    1/2 tsp each almond + vanilla extracts
    1 tsp + water (I use 2.5 tsp)

    topping, for dusting: 1 tsp Special Dark Cocoa powder, 1/2 tbsp shredded reduced-fat coconut, 1 tbsp sliced/chopped almonds

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease donut pan.
Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Whisk together wet ingredients in small bowl. Pour into dry and mix until lump-free.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until set.
Let cool for about 2 minutes and then flip onto cooling rack.
Whisk together icing ingredients and brush over donuts.
Dust with cocoa powder, shredded coconut, and press in almonds.
Enjoy!

Serving Size: makes 6 donuts
