Ingredients

    Quinoa
    olive oil
    Garlic, chopped
    medium white onion
    8 baby carrots, chopped
    zuchinni
    summer squash
    asparagus

Directions

Prepared quinoa as box instructs. Heat olive oil over med-high heat, saute onion, garlic and carrots until onions are translucent. Add other vegetables, saute until cooked to preference. Add quinoa and stir well.
