Ingredients

    1 c. cooked Spinach spaghetti noodles
    2 Tsp. c. El Mexicano Cotijo Cheese
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
    2 oz. Jennie-O- Lean Turkey, diced
    1/2 c frozen chopped spinach
    1 Tblsp chopped onion or onion flakes.

Tips

To add more calories, top with 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 2 crackers, crumbled before baking.


Directions

Cook noodles as directed adding spinach. cook
until tender. Add ham, cheese, Onion and Mrs. Dash. Mix. Pour into single serve baking dish and cook in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
