Ingredients

    1 lb of Salt Fish
    1.5 lb of potato boiled and mashed
    1 medium onion chopped
    2 eggs beat in seperate bowl
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients, mash or knead with hands . form mixture into cakes or patties, approx 2 tblspoons per cake. fry on skillet or frying pan at medium heat until golden brown

Serving Size: Makes 8 small fish cakes
