Ingredients

    5 oz Fresh/Frozen Spinach
    1 Banana
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1/4 or less of sliced almonds
    1/2 cup whole rolled oats
    1 tsp of flax seeds
    1/2 cup almond or soy milk
    handful of ice

For other blenders you may need to break up the ingredients.


Directions

Combine ingredients in Blendtec similar blender and set to Smoothie.
