Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
1 cup Whey Protein powder
1 cup of soy OR almond milk
1 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 spoon brown sugar or turbinado sugar (better)
Tips
I listed both type of milk (soy and almond), you choose ONLY ONE but not both.
About the protein powder, I listed the one I use, you can use your favorite one.
Will serve 2 - 10oz. or 1 20oz. cup. (probably a little bit more)
Directions
Add the cup of milk (one only, either soy or almond milk) to the blender.
Add the medium or small banana and blend for about 15-20 seconds.
Add the cup of frozen strawberries and the protein powder and blend until smooth.
Drink and enjoy.
Brown sugar is optional, it is only for more sweetness.
If you see that the smoothie is too thick then add a little bit more of milk or use less frozen strawberries.
Serving Size: makes 1 20 oz. cup or 2 10 oz cup.
