Ingredients

    1 c Large, Ripe Strawberries
    1 c Fat-Free, Plain Yogurt
    3 Tbsp Splenda
    1/2 t Vanilla

Tips

Experiment with other fruits or juices: Blueberries, Watermelon, Cherries, or Cranberry or Grape Juice.


Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Divide evenly amongst 8 Freezer Pop forms. Secure Tops. Freeze for 3 hours. Serve.
