Ingredients

    3 skinless Chicken Breast
    Sam's Choice Southwest Black Bean & White Corn Salsa, 1 cup
    1 can of Navy Beans
    2 cups Green Beans
    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 5 tsp
    Mrs. Dash Southwest Blend Blend, 4 tsp
    Pan Spray

Tips

Other recipe enhancements - add a can of fat free cream of chicken soup. I have left this out to save calories.


Directions

Coat crock pot with pan spray. place chicken in crock pot, top with taco seasoning. Add beans. top with Mrs. Dash. cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

(Optional - mix in 1 cup of fat free sour cream before serving. Not calculated in calories)

Serve over salad or on corn tortillas
