Low Carb Soup Recipe that I made up because of what I had on hand. Wishing I'd had some celery to make it complete! Used celery salt instead. Ingredients

Simmer the chicken in stock along with onions, garlic and spices. Pull out chicken, cut up in pieces. Add back in with everything else... simmer 90 mins. I took the sausage out of the casing. Would have used more sausage if I'd had it... but I was using up stuff in the fridge!
