Ingredients

    3-4 small Boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 can Cambell's condensed cheese soup
    I packet of Italian seasoning mix
    I package cream cheese (4oz)
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    Any veggie (optional)

Tips

Soften cream cheese first. Even letting it sit in slowcooker for 30 minutes before putting the rest of ingredients in will soften it.


Directions

Dump everything but the rice in slowcooker.
