Ingredients

    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 16 serving Pumpkin Seeds, .75 cup
    Dried blueberries, 1 cup
    Dried apricots, .5 cup
    **Flax Seed, .5 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 1.5 cup, packed

Directions

Melt brown sugar and 1/2 cup water. Combine all dry ingredients and once the sugar is melted pour into dry ingredients. Place into single layers of a 9x13 dish. ( I used 3 total) and bake for 30 minutes or until crispy stirring every 10 minutes.

Serving Size: 1/2 cup is a serving
