    1.5 c flour
    1.5 oz wheat germ
    1.5 oz chia seed
    1.5 oz flax seed meal
    2 lg eggs
    2 cup milk (add water for thinning)
    2 tbsp baking powder
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp splenda

Tips

Serve with sugar free maple syrup


Directions

Mix and cook on griddle until bubbling, turn and cook until golden brown.
