Introduction

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    2 cup occident bread flour
    1/2 cup old fashion oats
    1/4 cup oat bran
    1 T wheat germ
    1 teas sea salt

    3 teas yeast
    3 T honey
    1 cup water/ 110 degrees
    1/4 cup canola oil

    In a medium size bowl mix first 6 dry ingredients together and set aside.

    In bowl or bread machine pan add yeast, honey, water and oil. Do not mix. Let stand until yeast has bloomed. It will be frothy looking.

    Once yeast has boomed add flour and mx. When using a bread machine use your "Dough" setting.

    When bread machine is finished take the dough out and place in a metal bread pan that has been sprayed with canola oil, lightly.

    Bake
    Convection Oven 325 doe 25 minutes
    Regular Oven 350 for 45 minutes

    Internal temparture should be 190 degrees.
