Ingredients

    2 egg whites, beaten to froth
    2 T fat-free Greek yogurt
    1/8 t salt
    1/8 t cinnamon
    2 T oat bran

Tips

This recipe can be made into a sweet pancake with cinnamon or other flavorings or it can be made savory with other spices.


Directions

1.Whip whites to froth.
2. Mix other ingredients.
3. Fold oat bran mixture into whites.
4. Place in teflon pan with a little Pam. Turn when brown.
