Ingredients

    ▲ 100g frozen forest fruits (mixed berries)
    ▲ 100g low-fat natural probiotic yogurt
    ▲ 200ml 1% milk
    ▲ natural or artificial sweetner to taste

    Note: Nutrition information includes artificial (calorie-free) sweetener, so remember to add on the extra calories if you use something such as honey.

Directions

1) Blend the fruit, yogurt and milk together, adding sweetener according to taste.

2) Serve imediately, or chill for later. Stored smoothies may seperate, so stir before serving.
