Ingredients

    1 Cup dry Quinoa
    1 Cup sweet corn
    1 Cup Black beans
    1/2 Cup Salsa
    1 Tbsp raw chopped cilantro
    1 Tsp Garlic powder

Directions

Cook Quinoa, when done add in beans, corn, salsa, and seasonings. Mix well and serve warm. Excellent chilled as leftovers.
