1 Cup sweet corn
1 Cup Black beans
1/2 Cup Salsa
1 Tbsp raw chopped cilantro

Directions
Cook Quinoa, when done add in beans, corn, salsa, and seasonings. Mix well and serve warm. Excellent chilled as leftovers.
