Introduction
This is a HUGE recipe and can (maybe should) be cut down by half for most people....I seasoned with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and allspice, I suspect any baking spice would be pretty awesome :-)All of the measurements are approximate, and I bet just about any grain/nut/fruit combo would be awesome. Tips
I used a bit of oil spray on my hands to keep the batter from sticking while I was pressing into the pan, this only sort of helped, but was better than nothing.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325F
2. Mix dry ingredients together, set aside
3. Place wet ingredients in the bowl of a food processor, pulse until well combined
4. Stir wet into dry to form a sticky, pastey goo.
5. Line cookie sheets (2) with parchment paper, letting it go up the sides of the tray
6. Press "stuff" into trays and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
7. Remove trays from oven and let cool on rack.
8. Once cool, lift out of tray using the edges of the parchment paper
