15 oz light ricotta cheese
6 egg whites
1/3 cup splenda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup mixed berries
Tips
dont make the pancakes too large or they will be hard to flip!
Directions
mix all ingrediants except berries. Pour mixture on to hot griddle and cook on both sides. top with mixed berries.
