Ingredients

    1-12oz bag baby carrots, fresh
    1 large onion, chopped
    7 small stalks celery, chopped
    1 small head green cabbage, cored and chopped
    1 lb parsnips, peeled and chopped
    6 large potatoes, chopped
    1 cup fresh parsley
    1/8 cup olive oil
    season to taste

Tips

I made this to serve with a chicken I cooked in my slow cooker. The kids added sour cream and butter at the table.


Directions

Prep all the vegetables. Place in turkey size oven bag, following directions on the bag's use. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until tender.
