Ingredients
1pkg raw bacon (low sodium)
2lbs raw hamburger (93%)
small onion
3-4 potatoes (sliced or chopped)
cabbage
carrots
peppers
Seasoning
Salt (sea salt)
Pepper
Tips
you can add whatever vegetables you want for this dish.. Just remember to put the harder to cook vegetables on first and then the least amount on top.
Directions
You can either use an electric skillet or stove top with both on simmer heat.. After starting my first couple of ingredients, I go ahead and turn on the skillet.
First lay the raw bacon on the bottom (no spraying is needed but if you want you can), make hamburger patties and lay on top of bacon, slice onion and season with salt & pepper (or whatever seasoning you want). Add potatoes, season, and then remaining vegetables. You can make this a 8-9 layer dinner and it's up to you.. you just need to make sure everything that steams faster goes on top and the ones that take longer on the bottom and season every now and then.
Cover your pan/skillet and simmer for about 45-60 minutes.. Enjoy!
