Ingredients

    2/3 cup cauliflower
    1/8 cup broccoli
    1/4 cup cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup egg whites
    1/8 cup black beans
    1/8 cup mushrooms

Directions

chop up veggies, cook in microwave for 4 minutes
add egg whites and cheese to the mixture
press into a patty
cook in a pan, browning on both sides
