Ingredients

    2 cups plain flour
    2 cups sucralose (splenda)
    60g (0.75 cup) cocoa powder, unsweetened low fat
    2 teaspoons baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 large eggs
    1 cup oil
    1 cup skimmed milk plus 2 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 cup boiling orange juice
    Grated zest of 2 oranges

Tips

If you wish to make the cake richer, add 100g of 75% cocoa chocolate, finely chopped to the mixture before cooking (5g per serving)


Directions

Grease and flour a 9" x 13" tin. Pre-heat oven to 300F, 150C.
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add all wet ingredients, except the water, and mix together. Add the boiling juice and mix well. Pour batter into a 9" x 13" greased and floured tin. Cook for 60 minutes and test with a skewer. Allow to cool. Cut into 20 pieces.
