Introduction

Ingredients

    1 chicken breast
    2/3 cup orzo pasta
    20 green beans
    1 cup chicken broth
    4 TBSP Lawry's Herb & Garlic marinade
    1 cup water
    salt and pepper


Directions

Marinade chicken breast in 4 tbsps of Lawry's marinade for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Place marinaded chicken breast between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and pound with a meat tenderizer until even thickness. Spray a glass pan with cooking spray, place chicken in pan, and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.

In a sauce pan, combined chicken broth and water and bring to a boil. Add Orzo and boil for 5 minutes. Add green beans to sauce pan with orzo and broth and boil for 5 more minutes. Drain and return to sauce pan. Salt and pepper to taste and serve! Top orzo with sliced chicken!
