Ingredients

    1 Quart Fat-Free Half and Half
    1 Can (14 oz) Fat-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
    1 t vanilla extract (or to taste)

Directions

In a bowl, mix together half and half and sweetened condensed milk, then add vanilla. I also added a real vanilla bean pod to give stronger flavor.

For firmer ice cream, use very cold ingredients or chill after combining for an hour or so.

Follow your ice cream maker's directions to make your ice cream. I have a Cuisinart ice cream maker, and it takes about 35-40 minutes to finish freezing.
