Introduction

Ingredients

    2 TBS Bell Plaintation PB2 (regular or chocolate)
    1 medium banana (frozen or fresh)
    1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
    1 packet Truvia

Directions

Put milk, protein powder (nutritional values for which are NOT included here!), PB2 and Truvia in blender. Blend until completely mixed. Add banana and yogurt (and ice, if desired). Blend until smooth.

Serving Size: makes one big, delicious shake
