Ingredients

    4 cups cooked and chopped chicken breast
    2 raw apples, chopped
    1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
    1 cup diced celery
    1/2 cup slivered almonds
    4 Tbs. chopped green onion
    1 1/5 cup lite mayonnaise
    4 tsp. lime juice
    1 tsp. curry powder

Tips

This recipe was doubled from the original recipe so can be halved. I had 3 chicken breasts and it make this amount.


Directions

Mix it all together and chill.
