    Whole Wheat Tortilla
    Romaine Lettuce -- 2 large leaves
    Low Fat, Reduced Sodium Shaved Turkey Breast - 6 slices
    2 T. Shredded Cheddar or Colby Low-Fat cheese
    Yogurt/Mustard Spread:
    Mix 1 T. nonfat yogurt and 1 t. yellow mustard

Tips

Very filling and low in carbs, fat, and sodium.


Directions

Spread yogurt/mustard spread on Tortilla. Place lettuce, turkey, and cheese next. Roll into a wrap.
